This is a great place to be if one is looking for a specialization in the eye. There is a lot to learn here as well. The campus and hospital environments are good, comfortable, professional and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course lasts for 18 months and additional six months depending on the type of fellowships for this course. Mostly it is research based projects and the day is hectic as well. The course consists of exams and heavy practical work as well.
Placement Experience
There is a mandotory internship program at this institution. The internship period lasts for six months to one year depending upon the course schedule. Mostly the internships are done at the hospital itself.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for this institution are pretty high and why not since it's a reputed place of work. It can go up to 1 lakh rupees per year here. The facilities provided are really good as well. The fees covers it all.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are quite minimal at this place but fun and games are held annually. Mostly dorm parties are held as well. Annual day programs, ceremonies, skill based workshops and seminars mostly take up a lot of the routine course.
Admission
Admissions are done on entrance tests followed by putting up of a merit list. Eligibility is to have MD/DNB/DO degrees. Application forms are filled online followed by the submission of fees. Seats are pretty less for this.
Faculty
The faculties help in our research work in great dept. They constantly give out pointers and try to improvise our thinking process as well. There is a lot to learn from them as they have great knowledge.
