Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus was based on the codes and algorithms as we had lectures and practical sessions at the computer lab only. As this was the undergraduate course, the exams were taken every semester and there were assignments but the focus was not much on the research part.
Placement Experience
The campus interviews had few opportunities for the students as the known organization like Hinduja global solution company, VELCITI, ELCOMPO, came for hiring the fresher bachelor candidates. As the students must pass the interview rounds and an interview test to get shortlisted and finally selected for the job.
College Events
Annual sports events where students participated in football and kabaddi and also won the prizes on behalf of the institute. Also, there were farewell events and several ceremonial events organized at the institute premises itself. Apart from it, the institute also celebrated the national holiday events like Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and Independence Day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
A sum of 2.2 lakhs were the fees taken by the institute for Bachelor of Engineering degree and also the students were given a period to pay the amount. As I gave 55,000 every year it seemed much feasible to pay the amount.
Campus Life
Students were from different religions so the festival was celebrated accordingly and everyone unitedly gave their respect. We had singing and dancing programs in the form of the competition where students showed their group and solo talent at the stage. Also, the campus had technical extracurricular activities for the students.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors gave their mere support when I was in the first year. They gave sole and candid advice about the curriculum and also the institute. On the other side, the institute sometimes organizes small alumni meet for the students to interact at the institute.
Admission
The institute required candidates to pass out from the higher secondary education so I checked the eligibility criteria and applied at the offline platform as it was the only option. The procedure was short but I had to go separately for the institute level counseling process.
Faculty
We had faculty who completed their master's program and also had some years of relevant core experience in imparting the knowledge to the students. They pass on all their academic experience and also completed the whole course befoe one month to provide the essential time for preparation for final exams.
