Course Curriculum Overview
Our course taught us a lot about production, industrial engineering, management, information technology, and a lot of other skills required in this field. Our course was 4 years long and we had an internship and project work at the end of the course.
Placement Experience
Some of the recruitment companies that came in for the campus drive are Fab India, Femina, Flipkart, Gini and Jony, Globus, HeadlinesToday, Honda Cars, Indian Terrain, Li & Fung, Myntra, NDTV, Times of India, Whirlpool and Vogue. The companies offered a minimum of 3 lacs to a mazimum of 7-8 lac rupees salary.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our course fees totally came to around 11 lac rupees. The college had additional fees like the exam fees etc that would be appropriated before the exams, this is included in the 11 lacs. The fees can also be paid in installments.
Campus Life
Our college also conducted annual functions, workshops, seminars and other programs that engaged the students and had the students participating. The college also celebrated many cultural and national functions giving importance to its diversity.
Hostel Facilities
The college had hostel service available for girls-only. The hostel had 238 rooms accommodating 476 students. So you have to pre-book to get in. They had many facilities like recreation rooms, medical services and 8 guest rooms for the parents.
Admission
For admission into the college we had to write the NIFT entrance exam. They calculate the marks you got for the entrance and the review the marks you got in your 12th and decide if they want to give admission. For the entrance exam they ask aptitude exam and your design skills.
Faculty
Our course had some of the brightest and accomplished faculty members. They were very welcoming and had helped me a lot. Our professors are readily available to us when we had to clear doubts and they also assisted me with my project.
