Course Curriculum Overview

The college offers professional courses. I had opted for post graduation diploma in management (securities market). This is a course of two years duration for this I had to qualify my CAT exam. The course curriculum is is designed in a way which involves various topics related to marketing strategies and securities related to that.

Placement Experience

The institute offers good placements every year. Companies such as Mahindra mutual fund, AUM capital, funds India, UTI mutual fund, morning star, RBL Bank, Multi Commodity Exchange of India, Stock Holding Corporation, and many more hire students from our Institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There are two main courses and those are divided into sub course as I had opted for PGDM securities market I have to submit a sum of rupees 2.87 lacs per year for 2 years. do the fee structure is quite hai but it is due to the reason that it offers a very professional course to the students that very rare University offers.

Campus Life

The college conduct some extra curricular activities. Such as webinar on securities Law, faculty development programme in securities market, workshop on role of directors, capital market conference, alumni meet, conferences on marketing requirements and many more.

Admission

National Institute of securities market is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).To get an admission in this institute I have to submit my 10 + 2 results with science stream where I have scored above 60% and also my UG where I had scored 50%. I have to clarify the entrance exam. I also had to qualify CAT exam. I submitted my all the required certificates along with my ID proof and my passport size photographs also.

The faculty of our Institute are highly qualified and they are well trained in every field they opt for. They are well experienced and always provide innovative ideas to the students. They are very patient and sometimes becomes strict so that we can achieve the target on time.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The students seeking admission in NISM needs to clear entrance exams like XAT/MAT/CMAT/CAT/ATMA/GMAT or MAH CET ( management).Other than that you need to have at least 50% marks in 12th standard for the general category and 45% in case of reserved one.
