Course Curriculum Overview

This was a two year course. The course curriculum is well structured and laid out. We are taught all the subjects using different tools and techniques. My exams were conducted every 6 months in the college itself.

Placement Experience

The college does not offer any placement opportunities. They prepare us in such a way that we are able to crack the interviews on our own, once our course us completed. This gives us an opportunity to explore more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fees was Rs.14,000 for this course. As compared to rest of the colleges that i applied in, the fees for this college was pretty feasible and easy to pay. This is one of many reasons to join the college.

Campus Life

The college campus is peaceful and happy place for me. The place was our hangout spots after lectures. In this college, I did not find anything missing as all facilities were available for us all the time.

Admission

The eligibility criteria for my college is that I should have cleared my bachelor's degree from a recognised University. Once I completed my bachelor's degree, I registered online on the official website and waited for the result.

My teachers taught me everything that I know today. They are not only experienced but also same too keen to teach us. Whenever I had any doubts in the classes, this solved them quickly and without feeling annoyed.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

From last year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like utkarsh small finance bank , Wipro visit our campus. In my batch , 20 student got placed. The average package offered was 15K per month and highest package offered was 25K per month. About 20% student had got placed. My plan is to get into reputed instution like iim, fms for MBA.

Remarks:

The state open university follows the rule and regulations of UGC, so the fee structure is transparent and very much nominal which is also much lower than any other college in the state. The payment mode like bank draft, online payment etc. is easily accepted by the college. Cash payments is not acceptable.

I was a student of BCA from this college.For getting admission into my college in BCA course you have to score more than 50% marks in your class 12 examination. The eligibility is same for BBA diploma and other certificate courses.

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.
