Course Curriculum Overview
Regulation 2015 allows us to follow the course curriculum. With this limitation, if there are dues in the odd sem, the dues test can be written in a single sem. Although we have dues in Semil, the dues test can only be written in Semil. In our control, the test structure comprises 50% of the internal exam (Assessment 1+ Assessment 2 + Assignments) and 50% of the External Exam (semester exam). You have to score 50% completely.
Placement Experience
BTech has a worldwide demand for leather technology. So there are 100% job opportunities on campus and 99% job opportunities. Yes, our college offers internship courses for diploma students from other parts of India. Contact CLRI for this.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is possible. Since this is a government college, college fees are affordable to almost everyone. Hostels must pay hostel fees and mess fees. Many institutions have come up with scholarships for students who are having trouble paying fees.
Campus Life
The main events celebrated by our department are the International Leather Symposium and the Environment Workshop. Our college celebrates the Departmental Symposium on Techshops and many other workshops.
Admission
After completing my 12th grade public exam, I applied for an engineering entrance. Since I studied in the Biology Group, I am writing my NEET entrance exam. Unfortunately I failed with only 3 marks. I went for engineering counseling. Because of my good grades in 12th grade, there are some courses available on Anna University's ACT campus. I opted for the Leather Technology course in Textile Technology, Printing Technology, Leather Technology, Apparel Technology, Rubber and Plastic Technology.
Faculty
When it comes to our leather technology, most of the faculty are research scientists. They are good at teaching and many of them are very experienced. No matter what questions we raise, faculty listen to it patiently and explain all the silly questions we ask.
