Studying at NIT is one of the best options you will ever receive! Their infrastructure and placement cell is reputed and their extracurriculars are great. You will have a wonderful social life here too!
Course Curriculum Overview
The exam structure is not overly hectic, but there is a lot to do and a lot of exams in the course schedule over the year. The course curriculum is pretty rigorous at the masters level, as it is expected.
Placement Experience
The placement cell with the university is very amazing at the jobs that they are able to land at various leading companies for the graduating students. They have a really good placement record over the years.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The M.Tech fees are moderate but not too inexpensive either. The fees are around 84,000 rupees per year. The total fees for the two year course are 1,69,000 lakh rupees. For the course here, it is not too expensive for the value you are getting.
Campus Life
There are many activities available for all the students to be able to participate in. They have lots of labs and student parties like the freshers party. Plus, there are artistic activities, robotics competitions, etc.
Admission
The admission to the M.Tech. degree course is dependent on your B.Tech. course completion with at least 60% marks. Then you will need to get national-level counseling after taking the GATE entrance exam.
Faculty
Some faculty are techie experts, some are really great mentors but the faculty overall is an amazing collection of teachers, and they have a lot of further education in the field. Professors are really good at what they do!
