Course Curriculum Overview
The classes for this course were very hectic, sometimes we didn't even get to eat our lunch during the routine. The course mainly focuses on Physiology, Clinical Biochemistry, Rules in physiotherapy training and General Physical Psychology. The admission is based on the merit list, there is no entrance exam.
Placement Experience
When you are in the medical field and in a good college, you do not have to worry about the internships. There are many internship opportunities in the second year, however it is important to stay alert about the visiting companies. I was placed in a pathology lab for a duration of 2 months at the stipend of 5000/month. The placement rate of the college is approximately 80% as far as my seniors tell me, the stipend goes up till 19L p.a
Fee Structure And Facilities
Bachelors in Physiotherapy is a 3 years course and the annual fee is 90,000 INR or 2,70,000 INR in total. I find the fees quite affordable as the college provides a lot of equipment for our learning and growth.
Campus Life
The college has a skill lab where you can find students performing practicals all the time. The library of the college is huge and is not limited just till medical genre but also features literature and drama classics.
Admission
The college releases both online as well as offline application form. After filling the online application form for Bachelors in Physiotherapy I got a call and an official email from the college and was asked to visit the college with required documents for admission.
Faculty
This is a course where practical knowledge is as important as theoretical knowledge, our professors are very understanding and they shift the classes as per our requirements. Not only do they help in learning about the course but they also focus on our overall mental growth.
