My journey to become a Yogi

Course structure is very good. Focus is put on yogic science and different types of yoga asans. There is also library in the university which consist of books by renowned yogis and prophets. Knowledge is imparted to students at much higher scale than one would learn in a non university setting.

There are no campus placement and no companies come for selection or job, since the course is related to yoga. Although the students are given internship in the college as assistant to professors and many students are offered higher study opportunity.

Fees for three year course of Bachelor in Yoga Science is 36,000 Rs in total. The fees is very feasible and affordable and can be paid on per academic year basis. Since the university is providing advanced knowledge in yoga science I think it is very feasible.

There are extra curricular activities like sports and meditation workshops. Educating events are conducted for consciousness and higher awareness of students. The gender ratio is well balanced and everyone lives in harmony helping each other.

Hostel facility is available for boys as well as girls, on college campus and also off college campus. The hostel fees is nominal with fees around 20,000 per year including food. The room accommodation is as per five seater, four seater and three seater.

There is no entrance exam for admission in this course my university. Selection criteria is on basis of marks/score achieved in 10+2 which is not very tough. I always had keen interest in yoga and I wanted to learn it on a bigger platform thats why I choose this course and university.

The faculty of the college is highly qualified and has vast experience in the field of naturopathy, yoga science and teaching. Whenever I have faced issues or problems in the course structure, my gurus are been there for me to guide.
