Remarks
yeah it's a reputed college in kolkata. But if you are expecting very good salary package then this place is not for you . Admission process is very simple, they are accepting jee, wbjee, and there own exam . There are more similar colleges in kolkata. But if you are one who loves to study on his own so this place is for you. You should not be worried about attendance and examination.
Course Curriculum Overview
I must say teachers are good. Well qualified, some of them are from IISC,IIT and NIT . If you are opting engineering then I'll suggest to take cs/it branches. Placement is comparatively good though. Classrooms are very good , library is very helpful.
Internships Opportunities
Yes college has some links . They'll inform you about the internship, most probably in the 3rd year of your engineering. You'll get lots of options
Placement Experience
Placements are fair enough for cse/it and ece . If you are taking EE, ME and CI then you have to think about your self study because core companies are very less . And if some core company will come in that case they'll get very low packages. One benefits is that , there are lot of sales and marketing companies are coming in this college and they are offering quite good package around 7-10 lacs .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are too high in this college. If you are opting engineering then you have to pay something around 650000 college fees for four years. It doesn't include examination fees which is 2k per semester. As far I know no scholarship will be provided by college
Campus Life
Okay so every student wants a huge campus, playground, smart classrooms. Yeah you'll get a good campus here . A small playground,but most of the guys opt playing in the nearby parks . Classrooms are well equipped with projector, AC, duct. Every year a cultural fest and sports fest is organised by College committee, so someone can participate in that .
