The institution is full quipped with a college, hostel and a hospital with both broad specialty and super specialty departments. The curriculum is well planned and executed with good faculty members, a cooperative management, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a broad specialty course. The curriculum includes journal presentation, case discussion, physicians meet, etc. The curriculum is practiced both in theory and training in labs and hospitals with all equipment.
Placement Experience
The college has a hospital affiliated to it for general practice and interns. The MBBS students intern in the hospital in their final year. The MD students after graduation mainly start with their practice in the hospital first.
College Events
The college celebrates quite a few events throughout the year which are significantly important to the field of medicine such as World Diabetes Day, World Antibiotics Awareness Week, HIV Awareness Program, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is around Rs.40,000 a year which is not at all expensive. It is much cheaper than a lot of other medical colleges in and around the city. The college sure has a lot more to develop but the fee is charged appropriately.
Campus Life
Our college also has a gymnasium where all of the latest equipment such as treadmill, cycling exercise, dumb bells are available. The library is well equipped with thousands of books, numerous journals and magazines.
Hostel Facilities
There are 2 gents hostel and 3 ladies hostel. The institution has a separate hostel for CRRI and Post Graduates. The hostel is equipped with a library which contains numerous books and articles. The hostel office is provided with a Wifi router and there is a TV hall for the students.
Admission
The mode of selection of the students for the course of M.D. in General Medicine in our college is through the NEET PG entrance exam. The students are eligible to give the exam if they are MBBS graduates from a recognized university.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are specialists and super specialists in the field of medicine and have MBBS and M.D./M.S. degrees. The faculty members are highly skilled and have a knack for the subjects that are involved.
