Course Curriculum Overview
As ours is a fulltime 3 years course. In these 3 years, we learned about knowledge of constructing the ship, usage of signals, study of environmental protection. We even had mini projects under the guidance of our faculty to overtake. Training courses are mandatory one's trough the 3 years. Overall, proper guidance of physical and mental training is provided for a candidate.
Placement Experience
Placements often happen during the industrial projects in the 5th semester. Here we get to work and earn practical experience. if our work is exceptional we are in the game posted in different camps. We got the best placement assistance from our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for our college as of now is about 7,45,000 for 3 years. This covers our stay, academics, training, workshops and facilities provided (which is above par) like food and other things. it's worth investing in this campus as the academics part and training part is non-compromising and excellent.
Campus Life
I remember how we were taken for practical workshops near the seashore. There we definitely had fun. At times we had exhibitions, paper presentations any many such things. Which won't make us feel away from home. Overall I lived the best days of my life in these 3 years.
Alumni/Alumna
My batch mates, even the seniors were amazing! More we learned from our senior experience not only our faculty. We used to be like a family. A different world was created where a different perspective of life was seen by us. Good old days to remember I say.
Admission
one of the best colleges which are affiliated under Indian Maritime University. The eligibility criteria for getting into this institute is 10=2 with approx 60% in PCM subjects when ti comes to English 50%. selection criteria are from IMCEUT exams, a small personal interview will be conducted and then the admission process is completed.
Faculty
Faculty is top class. No compromise on that fact. However, I remember one faculty i.e, A.V. Kamath sir. An exceptional faculty who taught us our subjects with practical exposure and insights like never before. I am thankful to him for whatever I am today.
