The college is one of the best colleges. The infrastructure is pretty good. The overall faculty of the entire college is very helpful. The seniors are friendly. Moreover the college is goverment college which is easily affordable
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 5 years duration The course is highly vast. It is divided into theory, practical, real life cases. The exams are conducted regularly. The first year is mostly about physiology, biochemistry and anatomy. And rest of the years include clinical studies.
Placement Experience
Their is no placement in the college as it is a medical college, as per the norms of medical board. The college does provide internships. The stipend offered by the college is pretty good. In the last year the internships given to the final year students are very good. It provides a great experience.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is quite low as it is a government college. It is pretty affordable. As I am from a general category I paid 77,000. The overall fee is ? 4.52 Lakhs for the 5 years, including the tuition fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers a great deal of scholarship to the students. The scholarship is clearly based on the performance of the students. The college also offers loans to the underprivileged students having financial problems.
Campus Life
The college has a large playground. It's one of the biggest playground in the Medical colleges of India. The college also have a swimming pool. The students really enjoying playing and swimming and spending quality time.
Hostel Facilities
The college has separate hostel for the boys and girls. Both the Undergraduate and Post Graduate hostel is available for both boys and girls. All the hostel rooms are clean, well-furnished and having adequate facilities.
Admission
The admission is fully based on the marks achieved in NEET. NEET is the entrance exam conducted by the government of India for the admission to medical colleges. It is conducted in the month of may. My admission to this college was on the basis of my NEET score. Once the NEET score is released, the college releases it's merit list. Since my name was on the merit list, I was called for the counseling session. There are two counseling sessions held by the college. For the admission process verified documents, registration and a good score in NEET is required.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is one of the best faculty in medical colleges. They are highly educative. They take the classes with great responsibility and teach with full enthusiasm. The non- teaching staff is also cooperative.
