Remarks

The college is pretty worth for its brand name than its education quality as most of the teachers and very poorly skilled. The management is pretty decent not commendable though. Campus is peaceful yet accessible easily to busy areas of bangalore so you wont feel left out.

Entrance Preview

Mainly there are two types of seats to enter in this college management seat and government seatfor management seat you need to pass almost any private examinations like CET, CAT, GMAT etc for government seats you need to fair in pgcet examinations.

Internships Opportunities

The college takes some responsibility when it comes for internship program and helps you in finding good companies for internship but as of now i am still in first year and i hardly have experienced the truth so i cannot comment much on this field.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placements are pretty decent and until you choose not to get placed they wont stop their efforts to place you. They have a good brand value and a wonderful placement cell which is reliable and which strives towards your placements but these are all i have heard not experienced yet.

College Events

2.5

The campus is very active and is always hosting some or the other events, fests etc. it hold lots of student exchange program, conferences, and lot more. The mba department is very new so hasn't come up with a management fest as such.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is too expensive the half of it is the real worth to be paid. the tuition fees is 3,60,000 for a year and a two year mba course will cost you 7,20,000 + 5000 non refundable amount for sear reservation

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know any i have heard college provide some scholarship facility for merit students and category but i have very less information about this so i am going to pass this.

Campus Life

2.5

The campus as i said earlier is lively due to the engineering students also are in the same campus, basically the college sports a nice playground (but can be utilized only after college hours i,e 0345) and a well equipped gym and has 3 major canteens and a cafeteria. you can see students playing around basketball and soccer (football) almost any time.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostels are pretty decent in infrastructure and worst when it comes to freedom and exposure. the hostel fee is 85000/year + a one time refundable security deposit of 25000. which also includes the charges for hostel mess and washing of clothes. the authority are dead strict and always framing insensible and vague rules which irritate the hell out of you. f,eg. wearing of shorts and sleeveless t-shirt is not allowed inside hostel premises(yes, you heard it right, i'm talking about boys hostel itslelf.) not imagination of the condition of girls hostel is left to you.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are friendly but you won't get much time out from your schedules to know anyone better and to gel up good. But they are supportive and would never poke in your activities unless you demand so. Alumni would once in a while appear to campus for an interactive sessions and also as judges for various activities organized by clubs of mba viz marketing club, fincance club and csr club.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is pretty compactthere are 2 internal exams of each subjects and a final examination. The isa(internals) consists of 40 marks and esa(externals) consists of another 60 marks. So results would be calculated on total isa+esa for 100 marks

Faculty

1

The standards of the faculty is below average, you cannot rely on their so called experience & fancy degrees to seek knowledge, you have to be self dependent for seeking any knowledge but the happy part is there are few awesome teachers who single handedly outweigh the other poorly skilled teachers and also the college reputation and brand value provides you an aid for the lack of teaching standards and still makes itself stand right in one of the top positions.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
