Course Curriculum Overview
The goal of MD course in Pathology is to produce a competent pathologist who has acquired skills effectively in communicating the diagnosis to the patients and Practice the specialty of Pathology in keeping with the principles of professional ethics.
Placement Experience
Placements is 100% after for MD course, students get place in big hospital with good salary package. In last year placements average package was 7 lakhs. Few students got opportunity to work in other countries as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I am paying 1.7 lakhs rupees fee to the college every year, I can not say fee of this college is very less but this college is taking less fees compare to any other college, also this college provide good facitilies so fee is feasible.
Campus Life
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences organise different sports events throughout the year. Main sports played in the college included carom and chess. We also had teams for volleyball, throwball, basketball, table tennis, Football and cricket teams.
Hostel Facilities
I am not staying in hostel but I visit hostel sometime, and found there are comfortable personal living spaces is offered to all the students who opted for accommodation. Also I found hostel is very safe.
Admission
Selection of candidates for admission to MD in Pathology courses is done on the basis of their marks scored in india level NEET-PG examination or State level CET or COMED-K and later they will have counslling through KEA.
Faculty
Teacher of my department have very good technique to explain the content with effective communication. Teachers are very friendly and supportive.College appoint very qualified teacher. Many lecturers are Phd holder.
