Remarks
I don't have any negative remarks. This university can get a good rate among 10 private state universities. I am enjoying my journey in this university. Its faculty and non faculty staffs are very helpful and the infrastructure is also well good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The BTECH civil engineering course in this college is done in 4 years of duration. There are total of 8 semesters , each year consists of 2 semesters. Because of the semester system I have been learning a lot of topics very quickly and also I am getting good scores.
Placement Experience
Sometimes companies visits to give placements but most of the time we need to go other colleges for internship and all. Many students go for higher qualifications like MTECH and PHD to maintain their portfolio.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of this course for the BTU is quite feasible. The fees for the BTECH civil engineering is INR 60,800. Compared to others university it is not so expensive. The total amount of fees to complete the course is INR 2,43,200.
Campus Life
Sports are an integral part of life . In our university we often play games like cricket, volleyball etc . We also play many indoor games. We have laboratories also where we practise experiments. Sports day is also celebrated in our BIKANER TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY(BTU)
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the senior students are pretty supportive to us. And they sometimes provide us exam notes also. The college frequently solicit the alumni to visit the university and motivate us. They are quite frank with us and the other university students. They share their experience of job interviews and also written exams with us.
Admission
From the beginning I had this question of how the roads and buildings are made. And gradually I made up my mind to become a civil engineer. The eligibility criteria for this course is passing class10+2. The admission in this college for BTECH-civil engineering is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam JEE . Also the HS marks matter for the admission.
Faculty
The faculty is well experienced. Sometimes they are rude to us but they very encouraging. They do play a great role in upbringing the students. They clear our doubts at any time we ask for. There are each professors for specific courses.
