Remarks

I would just say ,if you want to go for marketing course, then I would suggest nothing can be best than DSC, Specially if you belong to Delhi. It can change your life and your personality totally in a very positive and skillful way.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course was so perfectly designed which covered all basic course in the first year & then provided us with the specialisation in the second. My specialisation was in the area of marketing which helped me learn all the strategies and communication to deal in a global perspective.

Placement Experience

4.5

Our college provided us with the best placements in the top companies like Lowe Lintas , MSL group , Lexicon, etc and thankfully I was a part of it. Nearly 90% of the students of DSC are placed among the top PR companies in every session.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for the course was 2.73 lakh per year and I feel it is totally justified. As the education level we get in DSC , considering the internships , placements , classroom interaction, the attentiveness of teachers, their interest in framing us to be a perfect one, making us imbibe all the practical knowledge and moreover teaching us how to use that skill in the best way possible makes it all justified.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the scholarship is awarded and that too upto ?40,000/- on admission to DSC and even during the semesters. It is all based on the performance not only in academics but also in extra curricular activities and internships. Loan facility is also available in DSC if required.

Campus Life

The whole course I learnt at DSC was more practical than being theorical. We studied through case studies, presentations which were a major area of concern, marketing fests and even games which made us learn things with joy and more enthusiasm.

Admission

My admission was facilitated through the internal admission test conducted by the DSC. Although there is another option of taking admission that is through the scores of CAT/MAT/ ATMA. It was followed by a psychological test and personal interview.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty here , either permanent or the visiting, were so supportive and helping . They were highly educated and inspired us alot. We got the opportunity to learn from Ms. Anisha Motwani, the marketing director of general motors; Col N.R Vaid, the consultant under international marketing and many more amazing people under the marketing area.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
