Remarks

The college is fit for everyone. I am happy to be a part of this college. Since I belong to economically weak section, my parents are really happy that I got selected here. Above all the college is a temple to me.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is of 2 year duration. It is simplified and is well explained. It covers all the topics from organic chemistry to analytical chemistry. The exams are held and proper holidays are given to prepare. The practical exams are little hectic.

Placement Experience

The college has a separate placement cell which works with a lot of effort to ask the companies to visit the college. The big companies such as cipla, BSNL, Labournet, vertex limited visit the college. Almost all the students from all the departments get placed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is nothing compared to the other public and private colleges. The college never forces you or burden you to pay the fee. The fee is much low for the other underprivileged students. I am happy that I never face a problem in matter of paying the fee.

Campus Life

The library is spacious and is silent. The books are kept in orderly manner. The laboratories are also big enough with all the chemicals required for the practicals. Their is wide range of linguistic and cultural diversities. The college conducts yoga sessions that help in getting peace and a healthy body.

Alumni/Alumna

The college has a alumni cell that keeps in touch with alumni. The alumni are called for meetings and session. The seniors are helping aid in the college's journey. From studies to personal problem they always guide you.

Admission

The admission is entirely based on the graduation marks. The candidate should have a valid degree in Bachelor of science in chemistry or biochemistry from a recognised university. The minimum percentage is 50%.

Faculty

The teachers are trained enough to teach you. They are clearing doubts and never scold you or mock you. They are very strict for attendance and assignment. They also take proper practical classes.The organic chemistry practicals are every enjoyable.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
