Course Curriculum Overview
Culinary arts is an exquisite field that requires expertise and advanced management skills. Both of these are taught well in this diploma course. We were given good practical knowledge and good real time experience.
Placement Experience
One of the best features of the college was the practical experience and skills that we were taught throughout the course. We were also given exposure to the hotels and culinary institutions that the college had connections with. Hence we were also offered good jobs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Culinary field is exquisite and has high demand. it requires precise skill and so the fee amount is very expensive. The total fee amount is 13,50,000 rupees for the 1.5 year course. This is expensive but this is a professional field.
Campus Life
There are many extracurriculars available in the college. We were taken for hotel visits and they were many workshops conducted for all the students. There were also cultural and social events conducted in the college.
Hostel Facilities
There is separate accommodation available for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are well equipped and are clean. The hostel fee is 1,50,000 with all the amenities included. The mess food is very good and extremely hygienic.
Admission
I had applied to this college after my 12th grade. After submitting the application form, I was called for an interview and a round of group discussion. Based on the performance in these two I was given admission.
Faculty
Our faculty included individuals who are expert in the culinary and hospitality field. We were taught with extreme focus and were imparted with all the knowledge and experience that our teachers had to offer.
