Course Curriculum Overview
Pursuing masters from here was really beneficial as the course inculcated the technical drawing skills in me with learning the art of Indian culture, the sense of space planning and the process of how to execute and manage the innovation globally.
Placement Experience
When I talk about the placements from our college, I think one can work as an interior stylist , design analyst, interior journalist and what not with the leading brands and companies. The best part of the course for me was the 6 months industrial internship which was actually the main reason behind my placement as an interior stylist because that internship taught me how to perform when it comes to deal globally in industries.
College Events
The life at JD campus was so participative that I got to learn something new at every step and everyday felt so productive. They organise various events every year from which the one I enjoyed the most was JD annual design awards with different themes every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for my 2 years Program was ?1.8 lakh/year, which I think was fair enough because the Providence of training of the development of software with 3D Model such as Revit 3D, AutoCAD 3D,etc can't be expected in such an affordable amount.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities included various fun cum learning workshops as we had hair and makeup workshop in collaboration with Lakme academy, holi and diwali celebration,etc which actually added so much to my beautiful memories of the journey in JD.
Admission
I took admission in JD institute of fashion technology to pursue M.Sc in interior design as I wanted to learn how to create new approaches using latest technologies in interior design in order to innovate and explore new ideas.
Faculty
Faculty members in our college provided us the in-depth understanding of the creativity we can execute and get specialised in this field of study. They used to design the projects in such a way that converted our imagination into reality.
