Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of the course covers a large number of portions during the 6 semesters. It is not hectic as it sounds like but is actually manageable. There are internal assessments as well as semester exams.
Placement Experience
The college mainly offers humanities courses and not professional courses therefore we don't have many placements in the college. You can get internships on your own during summer vacations or after graduation asking faculty to help you out.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I pay Rs.11,080 per year. for my course which I think is pretty feasible. The fee structure is fashioned in a way that all the students can acquire decent college education. Given the facilities and everything, its a great package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides a scheme for a waiver of the admission fees. Students whose parental income is below Rs.1L and whose parents with government jobs can also avail of this scheme. The government also provides scholarships for students of the SC/ST/OBC category.
Campus Life
We have a lot of extracurricular activities along with academics. There's a well-equipped gym. There are workshops and seminars that help students as well. We have sports competitions and other cultural programs like music, dance, etc.
Admission
The admission for UG courses is completely merit-based. We have to submit the application for which would be available online. 10th and 12th-grade marks are really important. The application fee is Rs.200.
Faculty
We have a competent faculty in the college. They are all well-qualified with P.hD. They're really helpful and kind. They make the lectures really lively by incorporating a variety of teaching aids. They're really passionate about the subject they teach.
