A study in economics

The course for BA in economics is for three years in which there are six semesters. In the three years, the course curriculum is structured in such a way that students would be able to work even after completing their graduation as they will have ample knowledge about the field.

The job opportunities in the field of economics are plenty depending on the kinds of career mindset that the students have or the path that they want to follow as their profession. The college would help the students out regarding this matter.

The fee for the course of BA in economics is feasible than most colleges offering the same graduation course. However, for students who are unable to bear the fee, there are education loan facilities and also scholarships for which they can apply.

The university has certain scholarship opportunities that they offer to the worthy students for their betterment. Some of the scholarships are the Government of India Scholarship for Meritorious Students, Kothari Fellowship, Government of Tamil Nadu Scholarship for BC, MBC and DNC Students etc.

There are different kinds of sports and fitness events that are organized in the college. There is a playground where students can engage in different kinds of sports activities and also there are competitions where they can show their skills.

I was interested in economics in my school and wanted to move forward in my career with the same course, and that is why I took admission to the university for the BA in economics course. There was an entrance examination that was taken by the college for the admission.

The faculty who are part of the economics department are very strict and their main focus was ensuring that the students are able to complete the course with good results in these three years and they also used to put a lot of emphasis on scoring good in the examinations.
