Course Curriculum Overview
Schedule for examinations is that there are 2 internals every year that is at the starting and end of a year. My course B.sc(hons) chemistry, comprises of all components of chemistry and some of even physics and mathematics. Computer science and economics are also some options to choose.
Placement Experience
Yes, the college offers placement and internship opportunities to almost all the departments. We also have a placement cell which conducts all these seminars and workshops regarding placements which helps us to develop more knowledge and learn about what is right for our future.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Though the fee varies with the course you are opting, for B.sc(hons) chemistry, the fee is ?5,730 for a year which may be different with the elective subjects you choose. Altogether, the fee, in my opinion, is feasible and satisfactory.
Campus Life
BMM has got one central and one departmental library. We have got facilities like medical aid, seminar hall, canteen etc. There is also a playground and indoor sports field. Various sports camps and events are held in the playground.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has an alumni association with a lot of members and the number of alumnus are growing with huge number of students graduating every year. This alumni committee made efforts to introduce post graduate courses in the college. The alumni committee has 9 members including the president, secretary and treasurer.
Admission
Admission is merit based in this college. You have to have passed your 12th exams from a recognized board and fill the application form to get admission. You can check the merit list for if you're selected or not.
Faculty
Faculty of each department is very helpful and the teaching techniques are very practical and fun to understand. Teachers are experienced and qualified. Overall, the faculty including the staff are all right.
