Course Curriculum Overview
The course here is very well structured as You get three elective subjects along with the mandatory subjects which are English, Bengali & environmental studies. The examination pattern is semester basis with the 1st internal assessment conducted within 8 weeks from the commencement of classes and 2nd internal assessment within 16 weeks.
Placement Experience
As I am currently into the course I cannot say much about it but as per the college alumni and the performance I have seen, I feel you can get satisfactory placements here. Moreover it actually depends on our ability to work hard and get placed with a good package.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure differs as per the subject you choose here. It is as: B.A education with generic subject- If political science, then it is ?3240/- annually & if it is with music , for that it is ? 4340/- annually.
Campus Life
Our college really supports other activities which can keep us physically and mentally fit. You can join NCC, NSS , gymnasium ,etc. Rest they also have playgrounds for indoor and outdoor activities & Library too.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college organises alumni meet and I would say to enjoy and learn altogether, you need to interact with seniors and they are really good with us here. We enjoy in our students reunion, campus tour, project works,etc
Admission
The admission process in our college is quite simple as you have to do everything online. After being in the merit list(atleast 45% in the higher secondary level) there was counselling as per the choice and opportunities.
Faculty
The faculty here is so supportive and highly qualified with M.A , B.Ed & M.Ed. Teachers are so interactive and participative because of which we are able to maintain our interest in every subject they teach.
