Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum includes the Graphic Design, Space Design, Fashion Media and Fashion Thinking are the focused ones.It also involves the practical based approach for the students to make it an effective and easy learning.

Placement Experience

our college provide us the best offers both through the pre-placement offers [PPO's] and the campus placement offers [CPO's]. They also provide us the internship opportunists and field trips to get an utmost knowledge about the fashion communication.Thus it turn the ways to great placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is expensive but the opportunities to learn and explore are in a wide range.The Fee is about 2.75 L per annum and also we have to consider the infrastructure because it is not too good.

Campus Life

The extra-curricular activities are organized in a good manner.The events which are organized are cultural fests,technical fests,sports fests and these are organized by us.The college gives the students many opportunities to explore their creativity and knowledge in these type of events.

Admission

The admission process is based on the 10+2 marks from the recognized board and the have to appear for the NIFT entrance exam.I have got good score in the NIFT entrance exam and based on that they selected me.I have undergone the counselling process in order to select the stream which i want.

The faculty are well experienced in their stream and that will be great advantage for us to get an immense knowledge from them.They have a futuristic thought process to built the students as a industry offered persons.Therefore the NIFT can be great option to begin with.

Student become eligible form 7th semesters, Companies like Amazon, DeShaw, SalesForce, Deloitte, etc visit here and they respectively take a good number of students. Highest package was 80 LPA by DeShaw and average package is around 13 to 15 LPA 93 % students are placed I am also planning to sit in the placements and going in the development feild

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

I chose this course because I liked horticulture .This course is very well applied in real world in cultivation and growing of vegetables, fruits and flowers and horticulture also has job opportunities in private sector. Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.

So the admission process includes 2 exams and 1 exam will have 2 part first one will include drawing band thinking skill and the second one will include reasoning, English, maths, and general knowledge and after few days results are announced and according to it u will able to to give situation exams if u haven't score marks about the merit cut of u will not be selected for the situation exam and situation exam is basically about creating 3 d things you will we provide some of the necessary things to create ba model and you have use max of items in an effective way.
