Course Curriculum Overview
The 2 year course consists of 1. Advertising and Entertainment Management 2. Journalism and Public Relations 3. Marketing and Digital. It specialises us under these three categories which includes various subjects like advertising, public relations, media planning etc. Exam are conducted every semester and 30% weightage is given to internals and the rest is given to other examination and presentations.
Placement Experience
DSC provides one of the best placements and internship opportunities. As of now, more than 90% of the batch has been placed even before graduation. Every student in DSC is placed for 6 months for internships and apprenticeship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is pretty moderate but looking at the placement, internship and apprenticeship opportunities, it is quite justified. With the events and activities happening and the regular visits of guests lectures, the fee looks fine
Campus Life
In DSC, girls ratio is higher than boys ratio. Also, girls seem to excel in every aspect. Be it examinations, presentations, internships or even participating in the events and activities held in the college.
Admission
Admission in DSC is based on an Internal Admission Test of 90 minutes which is followed by a Psychological Test which tests the emotional quotient, writing skills and overall creativity. At last, a Personality Interview is conducted which is the main criteria for admission. If any student has given any other management exam like CAT/MAT etc. then they accept that score.
Faculty
In my opinion, DSC is equipped with outstanding and friendly faculty. The faculty members are experienced and have immense knowledge related to their subjects. They are ready to extend help whenever required.
