Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum has a little bit of everything in it. A number of important concepts are included, any of which could be out future path. The encouragement to take up projects and showcases developed our skills. The three-year course is divided into six semesters, with regular exams at the end of each semester.
Placement Experience
Placements and internships are both provided. Firms such as Asian Paints, Calvin Klein, Dharma Productions, Lime Road, Manav Gangnani Couture, Manish Malhotra, Pantaloons, Pepperfry, Shoppers' Stop, Tommy Hilfiger and Zara have recruited from the Institute.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The cost stands at nearly 4 lakh rupees for the three-year course, which is quite standard when considering a fashion design course from a private Institute. During admission itself, 1 lakh had to paid. It is a little on theexpensive side, but for those who can afford, the outcome is positive.
Campus Life
There were industrial visits and workshops held regularly to encourage students to involve in various activities. A number of events were celerated, like Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi and Halloween, which also inspires the creative side of students.
Admission
Application for admission was through the online application portal on the college's website. There was an entrance examination and an interview, following which I took admission. The college has good reputation which was why I applied here.
Faculty
The faculty members were helpful and inspiring. They edged us on to achiee good grades as well as understanding of the subjects, and eventually do well in the course as a whole. They also advised us well.
