RCOEM

The CSE and IT branches are well known branches of this college. I preferred this college because of my financial condition,. If you had chances to get in the VIT , or BITs ,or NIT, or IIT plz don't prefer this college at all. The most reputed branch of this college is CSE which offers 4 courses (3 are completely and are introduced in 2020) CSE, Data Science, Cyber Security, and AI & Machine Learning.

The college scenario is not very much different from the other colleges ,if you get in this college then you are going to like some of the professor's teaching and others not. The faculty student ratio is quite nice but still it is a 3 tier college so, don't depend too much on the college. The conduction of exams are taken on the exact date as it is going to be mentioned in your academic calendar. Some students face difficulty to pass the exams but if you're a good student then you don't have to bother about it.

The placement scenario is quite good (especially CSE and IT, tough for other branches). The companies starts to visit college for the hiring process from 7th sem. Max package offered is 20 lacs to a CSE student, for rest placement details please refer the NIRF pdf.

You have to pay the same fees throughout your BE course, as you had paid while taking the admission. No scholarship policies rather then the government policies. Placement scenario is quite good as compared to other 3 tier colleges of nagpur.

The annual fest of RCOEM is Pratishruti and no doubt it is good, but the dandiya nights organized by raisoni groups is also a nice event where they call film industry's well known faces as a chief guest. Throughout the year you will see the events organized on college level and branch level within the RCOEM campus. Campus is too small, you can finish campus tour within 15 minutes.
