Remarks

College ranking is one of the key factor as the college is one of the top ten engineering colleges of india, The college has very good faculty with great infrastructure. Campus placements percentage is very high compared with colleges, Top companies across overall India visit college for recruitment.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college curriculum is very well balanced with giving importance to both theory and practicals, Academics is updated to the latest requirement in the market and Faculties has abundance of knowledge with more than 20 years experience

Placement Experience

We have Training and Placement department in our college to look after campus placements. The placements usually start in the month of June and goes on till next April. More than 200 companies visit our campus and offer good package. We have a club in our college dedicated to entrepreneurs discussion.Workshops are conducted by various companies

College Events

We celebrate Tech fest in March and cultural fest in September which are sponsered by more than 200 companies. Various famous artists and leaders visit during the fest and our college has more than 50 clubs for extra curricular activities

Our college has seperate building for students who wish to access internet along with wifi routers enabled in the hostels, our college is very well equipped with sports facilities likes courts, swimming pool,gym center etc, We have Separate building for lab which are equipped with advanced machines

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
