Academic discipline is well maintained. Student projects were getting highlighted in print media. High placement ratio though packages offered do not met expectations of students. Positive feedback from alumni.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus need to update, though college have changed affliation to Dr. Batu, Lonere from Dr. Bamu which have much more updated syllabus than previous one. Industrial exposure is greatly provided through Industrial projects. 3rd year and final year students greatly participated in Industrial project with association with GIZ. Indutry Experts were timely invited for expert talks on current industrial skills and skill development. Majority of faculties are young and energetic. Faculties encouraged us for doing new projects and helped for the same.
Placement Experience
This is compicated issue for our college. Placement ratio is higher but offer package from companies is usually less, Specially for mechanical engineering students. For Computer Science engineering students it is fair offers from Companies. Mechanical engineering students are offered 2lakhs (average) for core job. Company like BYJU offered 9 lakh package for many mechanical engineering students.
College Events
College arranges two big events in a year. Shodh is techincal project exhibition event participated by our college students. Over 5000 people visit this event. Industrial experts also gives suggestions to presenter students. Some of the ideas are also adapted by industry. Quasars is biggest event in academic year. It is usually 3-4 day event. Other than this two yearly events Big technical event is organized and well participated by all other engineering college students.
Campus Life
College do have playground(shared with jr college and Other professional courses)but it is hardly used by engineering students. Wifi facility is just for sake, speed is very much less. Number of books in library fair, and well diversified Authors on different subjects. All types of technical and non-technical magazines are available for students. 30%Equipment in laboratory are malfunctioning. Though Workshop equipments are well updated and excellently working.
