Remarks
The college, Usha Mittal Institute of technology comes under SNDT Women's university which is more concerned about development of good career for girl student. Also the faculties are good. My college gives opportunities to girls for the bright future. These are the factors which drove me to take admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus is changing from our batch. A little bit change is there but our faculty members are so concerned about the fact. The Industrial Visits are arranged every year for the industrial exposure. Sharmila ma'am, teaches mathematics, she teaches us so practically and solves our doubt easily.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are offered from third year onwards. Upto now about 70% of the placements are done every year.
College Events
Various councils are created in order to celebrate technical and cultural fests as well. Every year Xuberance is fest is celebrated from the sports council and many more. We enjoy a lot in this fests.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I came under OBC category, I have availed scolarship. By which I have to pay half of the fees. In case of loan I haven't taken so no idea about that.
Campus Life
College infrastructure is good enough not like a attractive building but we are provided with a volleyball ground, large library, spacious classrooms and so on.However Wifi is not provided us. And labs are also spacious we can perform our practicals nicely.
Hostel Facilities
No. I live in another hostel but still college hostel is good. We get it by our rankings in MHT-CET scores.Rooms are big, there are 3 girls in a room. Also the hostel is just behind the college. So it takes a little time to go to college and no need of traveling. Food provided is also good in cities like Mumbai.
