Remarks

BIMM is one of the reputed college in Pune, it has experienced faculty and helpful staff. Main reason to get in BIMM is it's reputation, placement and roi. The college has 90% placement record and the avg package is around 5-6 lac. Though the college is very strict in case of attendance and discipline but the struggle worths.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are updated as the college come into Sri Balaji University which is their own and the faculty is highly educated and experienced. College provide internship to both 1st and 2nd yr students. As per my experience Vikas Namjoshi is one of best faculty which bimm have, his teaching skills keeps you engaged and anyone can learn alot from such experienced faculty.

The companies which visit the campus are in tier like tier 1 companies will be elite companies ex.Tata, reliance, polycab, Hul, Wipro. In tier 2 the level of company and package get reduced for ex the companies which are startup or new in bussiness will visit the campus and in tier 3 the quality get degrades.

This college celebrates all the festivals as there is no holiday, it have 365 days work culture so you have spend all the time in college like all main festivals too. There are many events Happens in campus at regular interval.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Other than Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune, I have applied for Indira Institute of Management, Pune, Pune Institute of Business Management, FOSTIIMA, Delhi, Jaipuria Institute of Management which I rejected due to low ROI and Low Average placement. I haven't availed of any quota for admission. Admission criteria are based on various factors such as competitive exam scores any competitive exam such as CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAHCET is applicable, Graduation marks and extracurricular activities also hold weightage, GDPI process is the final barrier for admission.
