Remarks
This is the one of the 2 college in Kannur that provides B.pharm course. The college have its own library that is very useful for the pharmacy students. The college is also affiliated by KUHS and approved by Pharmacy council of India and AICTE. The transportation facilities is available to reach the college. The college is near to Payangadi Bus Stand and Railway Station, so students can reach the college by bus or train.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus was updated in 2017. The semester system was adopted and that was a major decision. The schedule is so tight that the proportion of exams is one exam in each month. This is difficult for us because we cannot get better teaching for each subject. One semester would be over in 6 months. Only about 5 months would be there for class completion for each subject. This is hard for the students and teachers.
Placement Experience
The college is not considered about the students placement. They doesn't provide any sort of industrial exposure as well as placement for the graduated students. Usually the students themselves find a job in a pharmacy in which the salary package would be very less. Some of them would start their own Pharmacy.
College Events
The college always give a great importance in conducting events and programs. Extra curricular activities including sports day is conducted by the college. But the college doesn't have its own sports ground. The sports is conducted in other school grounds. The college have hosted many events like Arts and College day.
