Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure was quiet relevant asbi wanted to go for CS after graduation. It was not research driven but relevant and fair as it has all subjects relating to accounting/taxation/costing/economics )statistics which are helpful if I would choose MBA / CA/ law/CS/costing etc which are helpful in my future endeavours.
Placement Experience
No placements at my time. No internships available.However these things are now planned in coordination with DU. The courses are being made professional to meet the need of industry.
College Events
Annual day / fete/ final yr. Students parties. Annual day is celebrated with lot of pomp and show. Some times cultural shows are organised to celebrate cultures of various states. Artists from various places or from particular states were invited to perform students were actimilized with various cultures to cultivate awareness.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Not very expensive and quiet cheaper as compared to other DU colleges in the area. There are few development charges and other fees as per the activities and facility opted by students. Still it's very reasonable as compared to other colleges. Environment is congenial.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I have not availed such facilities. However rooms on rent were available in nearby localities. There are lot of govt. Localities around where accomodation is good and cheap.
Campus Life
At our time no. Of girls were very less. However now it's a very renowned college and ratio is good. The response of students for all the courses and specially BCOM us very good.good academic performance. College is good in sports. There are lot of cultural activities which interesting students can adopt.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel facilities. Rooms / PGs available in sufficient no's. With good environment for studies and other facilities. Area is good security wise. Various options available for students to avail like accomodation vwith food / internet single or double basis etc.
Alumni/Alumna
There is alumini orgn. In the college.However seniors are helpful and forthcoming. Seniors have helped me in getting adjusted to the college and also helpful in using all facilities that are available in the college.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of merit list. There was small interview for honours courses at that time. Usually the dates are after result of 12th class. Admission is on the basis of provisional certificates. They look for good candidates with interest in studies and who have good family background.
Faculty
Faculty was experienced/,learned and use to take pain gf or students to take classes. Faculty was a mix of young and middle age. Very enthusiastic. They all were having reasonable experience.tge faculty is well equipped to deal with the latest requirements of industry and these things were inculcated In the students
