Remarks
I listened that this college is no. 1 in delhi in polytechnic course and it has high no. Of jobs comparative to others. This college had a great campus covered with greenery and a lot of space for playing and doing some other stuffs.
Course Curriculum Overview
Everyone was good except few teachers. Syllabus was fully updated. We got industrial training of 3 months and also got workshop experience twice a week. There were a lot of machines in workshop and had great teachers.
Internships Opportunities
Yes I get internship in maruti suzuki service shop named Rana Motars in Janakpuri, delhi. I got internship in one of the Rana motors branches in delhi. Rana motors had total 3 branches at that time. There was not any stipened amount. Internship was totally free bcz we need a certificate. Not a complicated process to get an internship, just take a form from teacher and search for any company to get an internship. I have visited 3-4 companies and I got permission in the 4th one for training in Rana motors.
Placement Experience
There were lots of companies visited in our college like tata steel, tata consultancy, mcgormett, ashok leyland, Daikin, gainwell private limited, thermax etc. Good salary package were offered with an average of 2. 5 lakhs rs annually. Companies conducted a seminar then written test, then interviews after that all companies select the student according to their needs. There was not any entrepreneur cell or class in our college. I don't remember any startups by any of my batchmates.
College Events
During my period of course, I never experience any event except a sport day event annually. I didn't see any technical, cultural, festivals or any celebration. Schools are far better than college events.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got a scholarship from college annually on the bases of10th standard marks of 11000+ rupees. I don't remember the exact amount. That was our offline scholarship and who got 70%+ marks in 1st and 2nd year also get scholarship in 2nd year and 3rd year. I loved that scholarship bcz it helps me to take over all expenses of books and fees.
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure was not good enough. Wifi was ther but not good. Only 100mb was provided to us. Library was very good and hygiene and is totally big in size. Equipment were good and some of the equipment doesn't work bcz of space and safety issues.
