Nurturing Environment

JMI has provided a happy, nurturing study environment for students and mostly the teachers are cooperative and kind. The only thing lacking at the moment is placement drive for MBA executive students.

Most part of it is relevant, it boosted my confidence level and also fair. It guides it better to become professionals and teach us ideas we might put to use for our organization. We have presentations, monthly tests, midterms, assignments, and sometimes random activities to test your knowledge. Real-world knowledge is also provided for us to know how to react and behave in a scenario faced by us.

This is the only low point of the MBA executive so far. MBA full time offers placement opportunities but the executive has no such option. Even though all the students in this course are already working but some still want to do better and opt for better job options and the university should have provided those options.

From technical events, to cultural, literary, sports, musical, art, debates and so many various events are held in the university according to the department. They are all large scale events often hyped up on social media and the local newspaper, sometimes celebrity alumni also show up to these events.

Feasible, no extra charges are except. Also, this is the reason most of the middle-class students aiming to do an MBA aim for this college because other colleges charge much higher for the Masters which in turn can be a burden on the student.

I did not opt for any scholarship or education loan for this course and I do not have any idea if there option for the same.

Very diverse campus with mostly decent students. Personally I have not faced gender or any other kind of discrimination. JMI organizes several competitions and fests but being a working student, MBA executives seldom get time to be a part of it. But there is no such thing that prohibits anyone to be a part of anything.

Very helpful seniors and friendly atmosphere for juniors as well. If needed they can guide you with notes and exam patterns and also help through any queries related to college studies.

I opted for the course to obtain a Master's in Business Administration and enhance my resume. Also with my family background of low finances, I opted for JMI because their fees were something I could afford from my own job salary. Around the time of May-June, the exams are conducted for entrance. Once we clear that an Interview is conducted. On passing both the rounds we can be a part of the JMI Management family.

Average. From very good and dedicated teachers to teachers who bore us to the extreme. We have all kinds of teachers. The good ones are really good at knowledge and helping students. They have helped me to develop an interest in my course and happily join their classes. They give valuable examples and generous with praises and encouragements.
