Remarks

Because it is one of the best college of ipu. It has a research department which most of the other colleges lack. The crowd also here is mix. Students of this college perform really well in various competions.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is affiliated to ipu and follows their curriculum. Syllabus is also decided by the university and is not at all updated. Industrial exposure is provided here using various seminars faculty is outstanding with most of them having a good knowldege of industry.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Placement Experience

Depends on your talent. Big companies like amazon, google and Microsoft also visit here occasionally so if you have talent you can be placed in them. Highest salary was around 22lpa. Alumni network is very strong here.

College Events

A lush green campus. Lots pf places in the campus to hangout with friends. All the societies are present like Ted-ex,DSC,IEEE etc. Annual fest is also conducted here. Overall the college has a great campus life.

Campus Life

Not very big campus but it has all the basic facilities. All the classrooms have projectors. No WIFI except in the library. sports ground is available. Library has all the books. Labs have all the required equipments.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
