Entrance Preview

I have got 17770 rank in WBJEE in 2013 and occupy for EE branch in second round of councelling . In first round i am disqualify but in next round i got . This is my dream college .i m very happy.

Internships Opportunities

This year in 2015 more then 10 company came and near about 210 students are placed till today . But mainly software company will come and all CSE ,IT ,ECE, students are placed first . So it is the best college for CSE ,IT AND ECE aspirants .

Placement Experience

Placements are very good for software Department only and core faculty team is very strong . So for core aspirents placement is not so good but knowledge gain will be fine.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure tution fee 3,40,000 for all 8 sem and 1,35,000 for hostel fees . Fees will be conducted as per sem and near about 40,000 tution fee and 22,500 hostel fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship offer by college . Only bank loan facility avilable for students .

Campus Life

No gender riots but very bad thing is that begali students are prefers more as compare to outsider and geting more marks in lab exam and rest all thing is fine in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very good in our college . They take little bit intrection ragging but after that they support us very much in personal as well as in every aspects of life.

Exam Structure

Exam is conducted by wbut and pattern is too good and easy . Any one can achive very good marks in semester .

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
