Remarks
I am not sure if this is a known fact to all but M.Com classes are held in department of commerce in North campus. Rajdhani college is allotted to me to submit my assignments, for tutorials and for internal, other than that my classes and my time is mainly spend in the department itself. However I can tell you the reason why I opted for for Delhi university over any other University. Here students are given the liberty whether they wish to attend the regular classes or not(except the tutorials in their respective colleges). The whole aura of that place is very bright and soothing, it's amidst the greenery. And most importantly the faculty members, they have a vast store of knowledge and experience which is a treasure to have.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of masters in commerce is very sorted and very relatable to your UG level commerce subjects. You have statistics, economics, accounts and other related fields to study. The very first year in m.com academically is common for all the students, coming to your second year you are supposed to choose your major and minor and accordingly the classes are divided. Pretty much similar to the MBA concept. For the faculty here let me put it this way if you're looking for knowledge which is beyond your bookish language you should definitely give it a shot to pursue your masters in commerce in Delhi University because here they does not focus on just the syllabus which is supposed to be covered but there agenda is to make you aware about the topics or aspects which presently needs to be discussed and are related to related to your field so that your discoveries can add something to the society.

Placement Experience
Every year any of the one or two big four Commerce companies visit's department of Commerce, this year it was Deloitte our career management cell scheduled the interviews in the college itself. The process started with a computer test to check our basic concepts knowledge and then the selected students were interviewed and informed later who were all selected. The process was smooth and enriching.
College Events
One of the field where our department lags is this. We have very less extra curriculum activities however we do have activities planned once in a year or twice related to our course or subjects, it is either done by the student's or by the faculty itself. We do not have any dance on music societies which we use to have in our undergrad or cultural fests arrange from our side but it is very understandable when you are in a masters degree all your activities will be related to your academics.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not hundred percent sure with the details but I believe first year students of each post graduate course, admitted to the course through merit of the qualifying examination/entrance test as the case may be are given scholarship. And when it comes to the second year students who have secured 60% or more marks in part-I of examination, they can opt for scholarships.
Campus Life
Department of Commerce does not have any fancy infrastructure it is a very old school set up but we are well equipped with basic facilities when it comes to Wi-Fi, library, canteen and the basic equipments that are required to take a classes. It is a three storey building with is built in arc shape, every floor has its own washrooms, the classrooms have tech setup for presentation and Video learning.
Hostel Facilities
I do not have much of a idea about the hostel life in Delhi University because I am a resident of Delhi itself, but I can give you an idea how things work here. Few of the colleges have their own hostels in the premises itself, the fee structure here is very low as compared to any other University in Delhi. Rooms are clean and equipped with basic facilitiesbasic. I believe Delhi University hostels are the best deals that a student can get with such a low rental.
