Small things in big packages!!

Like many institutions in india, the management of this institution is money oriented and though they have enough capabilities for making a good institution they are limited by their vision on thrive on student's money and not on government's grant for research projects.

I got admission in Out of Maharashtra Student quota and that is without appearing in any entrance exam. There were two colleges in last round for Pune university, NDMVP, Nasik and this one. I chose this college as they had hostel.

This institute offers curriculum approved by Pune University. University revises the syllabus every 5 year. I must admit that they(University) have more theory oriented approach.

No stipend was offered. College did not help for any internship from industry. But the college is situated near to sinner MIDC, Nasik, hence many of our student got their shot in near by companies.

I passed in 2008 when the recession was at highest. In this time very few IT companies came for IT and Computer guys, Torrent power Bhiwandi came for electrical guys. I can't recall for Mechanical and Chemical. For EC, we were asked to join campus with IT-CE guys. Average package was around 3Lacs per year.

College conducts good sports, cultural, technical seminar activities. They booked a theater and invited Mr. Yashwant Kanitkar(Let us C) and also invited all colleges, professionals to attend his seminar on.NET trends. Other then that if you are a sports person then you can enjoy the sports facilities given in separate building. College campus is vast and you will have ample space for any big scale occasion.

We had moderately expensive fee structure.Tuition Fee 40, 000 + 10, 000 includes library, industrial visit and other expenses. Exam fees are to be considered as separate. all figure are in Rupees.

Yes they gave scholarship to reservation candidate as per Indian and Maharashtra government norms. Rewards were given to annual day for top performers in all years & branches on annual day. For few cases earn and learn schemes were introduced.

This depends on individual but they do offer most basic facilities one needs to make most of it. You will be given chance for volunteer experience, sports advancements and other extra curricular activities like annual function platform for singing, dancing drama etc.

Moderate rooms for a middle class student. The mess was quite a mess at initial but later they improved in test and quality. I can't recall mess fees but hostel fees were around 12, 000INR a year.

Lately constant contact is being made by Alumni coordinator and but very few updates of college are given. Still very less efforts are being put by college management.

No hectic exam schedule.College follows rules and gradation schemes of Pune University.\There will be compulsion on attendance but it is manageable.

Moderately experienced, supportive in average but don't expect depth like IITs and NITs faculty. But they helped in my difficult time, when I got sick and almost lost a year, in submission process, notes preparation, extra coaching needed. By now their experience must be increased and more seasoned teaching may be offered, provided that the retention ratio is high.
