There were many factors for me to take up admission in Karunya University. I have listed them below in order:1) Location - The campus is situated under beautiful mountains which gives an outstation feel. It is located in a rural area not far from the Coimbatore city.2) Natural Sceneries which give me a pleasant feel and the mode to study. Infact in the first few months you will be amazed of how well the sceneries are.3) Karunya has the facilities to work with top notch equipments[To name a few Nvidia DGX WORKSTATION, Nvidia RTX model CPU for AI etc] for the field of AI [In general CSE]4) Security - I heard that it was a secure place moreover with very less student alcohol and drug cases. Infact this is very true.5) It is very close to my hometown.

The course syllabus is updated often as per instructions received from AICTE. Industrial exposure is given extensively to students who really seek it and work for it. The only issue would be faculties as their teaching isn't as par.

I currently pursuing/completed 5 online internship as a campus ambassador. They are from Coding Ninjas, Progate, Great Learning, College Dunia and dTalks. The stipend I receive is purely based on my performance in these programs.

The highest package is given by Nutanix. They hire for System reliability Engineer role and the package is around 20 - 25 LPA. Other than this the top recruiters of Karunya are: 1) Accenture 2) Amazon 3) Infosys 4) TATA Elxsi 5) HGS 6) BOSCH 7) MOBIS 8) Smart Training 9) Capgemini 10) BYJUs 11) KPIT 12) Cognizant 13) Smartprix 14) Zoho 15) Doodel Blue.

Campus life is ok as the management least cares about technical events and fests and more care about spirituality event. For a person expecting more technical events it will be a big disappointment as the management least cares about these. But for those of you who are more into spirituality trust me you will enjoy a lot.

I have availed a scholarship of Rs. 20000/semester for securing a score above 80% in my 12th boards. This scholarship will be renewed every semester based on your CGPA[>7.5] and attendance[>95%]. The more marks you secured the higher the scholarship would be. For girl students if they aren't eligible for any other scholarships[Based on 12th marks] a Rs. 20000/semester scholarship is provided.

There are 6 types of rooms provided and based on your year the no of types provided will go down. You have 6 seater, 4 seater, 3 seater, single seater, three seater with A/C, single seater with A/C. Based on the type you choose from the available list the availability of the seats will vary (For example A/C seater will have more demand). You could easily avail hostel facilities by just paying the required fee and confirming your payment with the respected hostel warden.
