Remarks

I always wanted to try out new things in technology and thus this stream. The college gives us hands on experience of new technologies. I also wanted to leave my state, so that I can adjust myself in different situations among different people. I basically wanted to come out of my comfort zone.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Industrial exposure was Nil. It's upto an individual completely, if someone is interested about new things they will get to know more, else it's a loss. A lot of the faculties were actually good. It would be unfair to name one.

Placement Experience

4

Good but needs improvement. There has to be more clarity on criterias and more companies should be there. There are 10000 students sitting for mass recruiters and other big companies. A lot of energy and time is invested with nothing in return. I think the process should be more systematic and all the campuses should sit for placements from their own campus. It is very tiring and hard for people to travel to a different campus, miles away to just sit for a company and get rejected every other day.

College Events

2.5

Campus specially Ramapuram is not into too much of extra curricular. If you are talented and hungry for exposure, you will surely meet people and get to perform in some amazing events on and off the campus but if you don't try, the college won't come and give you enough options. That's hard on introvert people.

Campus Life

3.5

When I joined there was a lot of construction happening. With time the infrastructure has developed a lot and is quite convinient for the upcoming batches. Wifi isn't available anyway. Library facilities are good now. Equipments need upgradation.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostel rooms need a lot of changes. The washrooms, the water supply, the size of the rooms, the food quality (especially for North Indians) etc a lot of these must be changed. Dinner timings and in time for hostel is too strictly followed and that is hard for freshers.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.
