Remarks

This college provide good education and trained teachers. I was shortlisted by the college. I preferred this college because of its rules and regulations.

Course Curriculum Overview

Being a commerce student i prefer this course. Student ratio is more than 1000 in this college. Faculties and teaching methods are also good. Term exams were every after 6 month semester wise and it's not so difficult to pass.

Class Size: 16Course Fees: INR 1600 per year

Placement Experience

Till now i haven't got any placement in the college But they provide opportunities to students for placement. My plan is to do some business.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's not so costly. Yet i haven't got any scholarships and job in campus so i don't have any knowledge of it.

Campus Life

I haven't attended any annual fest and all. Availability of books is good. There are many extra curricular activities was organised We really enjoyed and have good experience.

Great campus life in Jamshedpur

The improvements can be done in the course curriculum and teaching methods that infuse real-life examples and also practical Questions and practical Situations to make student Corporate ready And you have to do an industrial visit so that students can know How Real life Actual Company works.

I choose Bcom because I have interest in the accounting sector , it helps me in the real life , currently I am working in the accounting sector . The exams timings was not much good, It has to be improved, the 1 st sem exam was held after 1 year of admission and afterthat next sem was taken earlier.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of guru nanak College dhanbad is quite good and revelant as per the university pattern .it covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps in understanding the subject deeply .the syallabus is updated time to time according to latest trends, which makes it useful for higher studies and competitive exam also. The subject are arranged in a proper way semester wise so students don't feel much pressure .exam are held regularly,mostly at the end of each semester and internal tests are also taken for practice.the difficult level of exams is moderate,not very hard if you study regularly

Placement Experience:

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

A Modest College Life , Learning & Limitations

Placement Experience:

This College provides campus placement, but only a few companies come, only 2 or 3. From the 5th or 6th semester, students are eligible for the campus placement. The average package of my college is 3.57 LPA & the highest is 7 LPA. My plan is to appear for banking after completion of my degree.
