Akash Kumar's Review On Bihar National College, Patna

I want to go for Civil Services and since my dream is to become IAS officer so I choose to go for simple graduation so that with my studies I can also prepare for my Civil Services exam.Also my college is not so far away from my hometown so it's not a hassle going and coming home.

Syllabus is up to date and provide students good knowledge about their courses.Faculties are good enough and provide support to all their students and all faculties are NET qualified.Ms Rohini is one of best faculty of our department.

No I haven't since no company visit our department.

Mine is simple graduation course so no placement or job opportunities.But if you are in other courses like BCA BBA then you do have an opportunity to get internship and placement but don't expect too much because the college is no big so small companies only visit our campus.

Campus life is good with free environment but don't expect any events other than Freshers,Teacher's Day.There are many groups in the college you can join them,then on any occasions like when PM,CM or any celebrity comes to visit the college you can be called for support.Other than this there are no activities but university do held sports tournament but other than this no activities in the college just come do your classes and back home.

No Loans or Scholarship but can get sports quota admission or else pass the common entrance test.There is no other option to get the admission but if there are any seats left after the admission is over then you can apply for general admission.

Every year university provides opportunity to all students interested in more than 20 sports.Wifi is available in every class,students can create their ID from faculty office,library is under construction but students can go to university library and create a pass to study in the library.Lab is not that good and is still being constructed.

Students can lodge for hostel with a monthly rental of INR 3000 and hostel is always available for lodging.Rooms are average not that good but rest assure there will be no ragging.To avail the hostel seats you just need to file an application and that's it.
