Remarks

Actually I aimed for mbbs but is did not get seat due to low cut off. So my second choice was this college. Most of my relatives recommend this college for me. This course has more scope in future as agricultural sector is growing.

Course Curriculum Overview

Heavy syllabus for my course. I regret chosing this after seeing the course structure. We have more than 10 papers each semester and a hectic schedule. Entomology faculty is good according to me. They have many specimen during practical classes.

Class Size: 125Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

As I'm in third year of college, I don't have any information about campus interview. But most of us choose to pursue higher studies like msc, mba, etc. We have notable alumni in our college. There are many IAS nad IPS officers from our university.

College Events

We have indoor shuttle cock stadium. And swimming pool where swimming classes are taken. I'm in NSS and we have to clean our campus weekly once. We have went to blood donation camp. We have common function called Sangamitra once in a year in which we will be divided into 4 groups and competition is held.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu.
