My college my dream.

I will comment on the bad remarks about my college campussing. Placement cell assured that there will 4 core companies will come on our final year but none of them were came and we got unemployed from on campus.

WBJEE my rank was 11000 this college is very near to my home and it was a good college for electrical engineering studies my school senior was advised me to get admitted for this college that's why I opted it.

Curriculum was little bit hard in a short time for each semester but faculty were very good they helped me to understand the curriculum in an easy manner they gave me notes which was very helpful to score good in the semesters.they are very much qualified and all queries and doubts of mine they cleared so easily.

We didn't have the option to go for internship so I can't comment about this matter if you have to do internships then training cell will give you the permission to do so and after that you have to make your own arrangements.

Most of the IT companies had come to my college like IBM, tcs, cts, Accenture, l&t infotech but no core companies had come so I didn't choose for these it companies rather I went for gate examination and secured a psu job.

We had organised technical fest and cultural fest every year in the technical fest we had competitions like video gaming, innovative projects, robotics etc and in the cultural fest we had arranged several popular singers, dancers to perform we had enjoyed these days a lot.

Fee structure was normal 40000 per semester including labs, tuition fees and library fees hostel fees are not included and it had to paid by its different fee structure.

Yes ofcourse my college had a scholarship program for toppers of each stream. Their tuition fees waived to half and they also got a chance to visit ATI, BANGKOK. There were also a loan facility available in my college you need apply for that and after approval you will get loan for all semester in a reduced interest rate and college will do the all necessary arrangements for that.

As we were core engineering students we had the capacity of 120 in our stream and we had only 10 girls among us we had arranged several workshop in our college and also attended 5 workshops in jadavpur university except this our college authority arranged yearly seminar on energy conservation and innovation. We didn't have any political party union in our campus.

I was a daily traveller so I didn't opted for hostel so, I can't comment about the hostel life but most of my friends opted for it and as per them hostel was clean but there was problem about food it was not so good and hygienic.

I will comments about the senior please don't rag the junior students. It's a criminal offence and the alumni secretary my suggestion is to keep the glory of our fest as we did that time.

We had a lot of pressure of studies within 4months we had to cover 6 subjects including 2 slot test and a semester. Except these, weekly projects and assessments were also there.our internal marks depends on this assessments daily labs should be attended and several experiments to be performed. Overall we had a hectic day with labs and theory classes.
