Remarks

NIT has great advantages of placement,internships, great competitive enviornment. It has great perks of annual fest and NIT also provides you the various workshops for gaining each skill which is important from the placement prospective.

Course Curriculum Overview

It wasnt updated according to the latest technology. Even the education system is also ruined here and the departments are not at all supportive. Some of the faculties are good even but the most of the faculties are not updated and even not ready to help the students.

Placement Experience

Microsoft, amazon, samsung, trident, reliance, SFG, vardhman, UBER etc. are some of the good reputed companies which offer placements to the the students. Criteria is t simple students have to pass the test provided by the company. Alumni cell is quite supportive here.

College Events

Festivals are boring most of the time but the theater and dance activities are interesting here. College fails to provide the funds for the festivals. It is very hard for the students to get the funds for the college fest from the higher authorities. College administration is not at all supportive to the students in the fests.

Campus Life

The college was facing gym problem from the past 6 years and the complaints regarding the repair were not listened by the authorities. However in the lockdown college has managed to bought new gym equipments. The hostel infrastructure for the freshers is the poorest here and the library also lags in the availability of the books. Wi-fi connectivity is only limited to the mega hostels and even they are not regular and proper in their functioning.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure for the freshers is quite poor here. Mess food is good although but there are lots of scams in the mess bills,electricity bills etc. Students may get good sports facility but there is no such support from the hostel staff in maintaining the sports goods at time. Students also face the hygenic issues concerned to the toilets and bathrooms. Drinking water management system is also poor and it is never rechecked at the time and with proper concern.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
