Remarks

I chose this college because this was one of the two colleges in Kannur which is providing the pharmacy courses like B.pharm, D.pharm, pharm.d and M.pharm. This college is affiliated to KUHS and is approved by Pharmacy council of India and AICTE.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus was updated in 2017. Previously, the course was yearly based system. Now it have been changed to semester system. Many new relevant topics were added and some of them was removed. The teachers in our college are mainly junior teachers.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Placement Experience

0.5

Our college doesn't provide any placement for the students in any companies. No company have visited our college to offer job opportunities. The graduated students would work in a pharmacy shop for experience. Some of them would go abroad. The salary package is lower for junior pharmacist.

College Events

Our college have given a great importance to extra curricular activities. Many programs and events were held at our college. The campus life was awesome. Our college have previously conducted many seminars for the students and staffs. Our college have always conducted Arts day, college day, freshers day and sports.

My course is bsc physics.its not very hard.our teacher are very friendly while class ane out side the class. They will constantly contact as they help as to improve stadies .this course will help as to do work as scientists and teachers. That's the only option after bsc physics

Placement Experience:

Towards the fourth year, students become eligible for campus placement. There are no companies visited . The average package is above 10000for per month. Almost 45% of students get placements. After getting the degree I want to work as a staff nurse.

If you want to be in a controlled environment, focus on academics, make use of some good placement opportunities, and get somewhere career-wise I would be suggesting Amrita University.

The course doesn't require any entrance exam. Eligibility is to pass plus two in science with min. of 50%. Application is through Akshaya centres. The application fee is about Rs100. Crescent college is one of the best college in Kannur that provides the course B.pharm. They also provide other pharmacy courses like D.pharm and Pharm.D.
