I joined this college through AIEEE with 420 as Punjab state rank and got mechanical engineering as branch after up gradation from industrial engineering, which I got during counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is Good just copy of IITs. the only problem is extra pressure in mechanical engineering its full struggle for four years. If you are looking for enjoyment along with studies then choose other branch.
Internships Opportunities
You have to choose get internship by your own most of the times but some students will get from college itself on CGPA basis. Stipends depends upon companies you join in my case I arranged training by my own for myself.And there was no stipend.
Placement Experience
Almost everyone who complete course gets placed some people get placed in two and more companies. All PSUs prefer NIT for requirements also many MNCs do visit campus for talant hunt Job and placement is not a problem here.If you play smart you may get extra ordinary package too.
College Events
Utkansh is the annual festIts huge any student can showcase any talant some learn new traits. I expired my self in field of Anchoring, Dancing, Sports, Playgrounds and Gym and very good stage.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Hostels are good with SD spacious rooms rooms range from tripple sharing to single which changes from year to year mess food is good all charges are reasonable one semester will cost you around 50,000 Rs all inclusive.

Alumni network was not good at my time didt get much of support for old students and seniors due to antiragging system in college interaction with seniors is low.
