Remarks
Cotton University is the best in the region with excellent faculty, especially for Bachelors degree. The teachers are all experts in their field and there is a unique identity of the University. The student body is one of the most consolidated and there's a great deal of camaraderie.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus was totally relevant and up to date, but very exhaustive, to the point that many topics could not be studied to their required depths. This has been rectified in the current syllabus. The teachers are all good in their own ways, and some are an absolute delight to listen to.
Placement Experience
Depends on the Departments. But placements mostly depend on the student, if any. Officially very few companies come. Unofficially, students get internship in different places
College Events
Cotton University and Cultural Life goes hand in hand. There is some function every other day in the campus that caters to a wide range of interests. Along with it, there are lots of seminars and conferences as well. The participation is usually huge.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was an Ishan Uday scholarship that many applied. For arts, I think. Then there was another for Science students. Aspire, I think
Campus Life
We had a pretty decent library but the system was a total chore. I utilised the study rooms a lot, but never borrowed any book from there. Campus wifi isn't that great. Not sure about labs, since we didn't have one, but from what I've heard, they are pretty good. We have good enough sports facilities with an well equipped indoor stadium and gym.
